Fee information

Rental property

We are a small family run business with fewer overheads so you can be set assured that we will charge you less money. We charge 10% of total rental income which is less than any other estate agent in the market. You can visit the market to be assured about our affordable rates.

Serviced Accommodation

Serviced accommodation can be expensive during some specific days of the years, to save you from these fluctuations, we charge the same rent year around. Charging less money doesn’t affect the quality of our services. We don’t compromise on the quality.

For saving landlords we pay 10% above the market rent for the whole year and also cover all the maintenance cost of your property up to £1,000 per year. It doesn’t matter if the property remains vacant for some period of time in a year, we will pay you agreed amount of rent.
